Position: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Compensation: $94,000.00 annually
Incentives:
Eligible candidates who enter into a three-year employment contract will be awarded a $20,000 sign-on bonus along with relocation support.
Relocation Assistance:

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical statuses and formulate personalized care strategies.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and overall condition, alerting the healthcare team to any significant changes.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding post-operative care and self-management practices.
- Ensure precise medical record-keeping and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure in Arizona.
- At least one year of experience in an emergency room environment.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain composure and focus in high-pressure situations is essential. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
