Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including those related to obstetrics and gynecology.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
- Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine, including obstetrics, with a focus on surgical skills.
- Fully utilize point-of-care testing (POCT) and be comfortable teaching these skills to others.
- Provide inpatient care for children and adults, as well as ICU care for adults, and manage an outpatient panel.
- Competitive starting compensation of $240,000 per year.
- Signing bonus includes moving expenses.
