We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and instructions
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required

• Previous culinary experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
