About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Designer to join our team at Business Resources One. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design and project management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Support
    • Accompany our Design/Sales Lead on site visits to gather measurements, pictures, and conversations.
    • Create base plans in DynaScape and develop initial landscape design concepts.
    • Review and finalize design ideas with our Design/Sales Lead and create DynaScape drawings from hand sketches as needed.
    • Create plant pull sheets and crew paperwork from DynaScape Manage 360.
    • Coordinate with our Office Manager to create plant and hardscape pictures.
    • Render designs by hand or digitally and make design revisions as needed.
  • Production Phase
    • Work with our Design/Sales Lead to create and submit permit paperwork.
    • Order plant material from suppliers.
    • Create as-built drawings as needed.
  • Additional Duties
    • Assist with service sheets for design and sales leads.
    • Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed to support our organization.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Landscape Design, Architecture, or Horticulture.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience (preferred).
  • Experience with AutoCAD, DynaScape, or similar CAD-based programs.
  • 3D graphic modeling experience a plus.
  • Must have a passion for custom residential design.
  • Strong planting design knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits
