Movement Disorders Specialist Opportunity with Physician Empire

Job Summary
Physician Empire is actively recruiting a Movement Disorders Specialist to join its ranks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for examining, treating, and managing patients with a wide variety of movement disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and treat patients with movement disorders, including those with Parkinson's disease, dystonia, and other conditions
- Manage patients in our Botox Clinic, ensuring safe and effective treatment
- Evaluate and manage patients in our Gait and Balance Clinic, providing personalized care and support
- Program and alter Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) systems as needed, working closely with our multidisciplinary team
- Participate in light call duties, covering one hospital and providing phone and beeper support as needed
- Contribute to research, studies, and trials, exploring new treatments and therapies for movement disorders

Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
- Excellent communication and bedside manner skills
- Knowledge of DBS systems and programs
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or technology
- Accredited fellowship in Movement Disorders
- Three years of experience in Movement Disorders preferred, but not required
