Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Brown & Root Industrial Services. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Assembly: Install machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings in industrial settings.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assemble machines and bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten them to foundations or other structures using hand tools and power tools.
  • Equipment Installation: Assemble and install equipment, such as shafting, conveyors, and tram rails, using cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Dismantling and Alignment: Dismantle machines using hammers, wrenches, crowbars, and other hand tools, and align machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Requirements:
  • Experience in industrial equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
