Staff Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with other professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes. As a Staff Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Administer nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Instruct patients and/or families in procedures, healthcare practices, and continuing care after discharge.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner adhering to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures, as well as professional practice standards and the Indiana State Nurse Practice Act.
- Qualify to perform a nursing intervention defined as administration of moderate sedation (conscious sedation) and monitor the patient's response and provide necessary physiological support during a diagnostic or therapeutic procedure.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current Registered Nurse license with the state of Indiana, Basic Life Support certification, and other certifications as required by assigned area of work. A graduate of an accredited school of nursing is preferred.
