Estimated Salary Range: $35,000 - $50,000 per year

Job Description: As a Certified Nursing Assistant at American Health Communities, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes resident-centered care. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care services, such as assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents' conditions, and participating in recreational and therapeutic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personalized care to residents under the direction of the nursing staff
  2. Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, feeding, and linen changes
  3. Monitor residents' condition, including food and liquid intake, vital signs, and activities of daily living
  4. Report changes to the nursing team in a timely manner
  5. Participate in recreational and therapeutic activities for residents

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current State-Certified Nursing Assistant certification
  • Frequent lifting of objects up to 40 pounds
