- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods during installations.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with measurements and installation precision, ensuring high-quality finished products.
- Time Management: Able to manage multiple installations and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installations.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, consistently completing tasks to meet the company's standards.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to travel between properties as required.
- Communication: Ability to speak, read, and write English.
