About the Role

We're seeking an experienced leader to manage our retail branches in Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales and/or customer service experience, as well as 1 year of experience leading a sales team. Previous instore banking experience is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Achieve branch sales and revenue goals by identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Create energy around retail objectives and initiatives, and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
  • Recruit, train, retain, and motivate staff to ensure profitability, sales, customer experience, compliance, and growth objectives are met.
  • Develop and lead innovative strategies to grow, retain, and deepen consumer and business relationships.
