Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and motivated Project Architect to become a key member of our forward-thinking design team. This role presents an exciting chance to engage in a variety of projects, guiding them from initial concept through to completion in a vibrant and creative atmosphere. As a Project Architect, you will work alongside a team of experienced professionals to produce high-quality, sustainable, and environmentally friendly building designs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct architectural design projects from the initial concept stage to final implementation, ensuring outcomes meet both client expectations and company standards.
2. Employ advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling tools to develop innovative and effective design solutions.
3. Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
4. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure seamless project execution, adhering to all deadlines and budgetary constraints.
5. Create detailed construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
6. Oversee the construction process, working closely with construction teams to ensure accurate and effective execution of designs.
7. Advocate for and implement sustainable design principles and green building practices across all projects.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to enhance design outcomes and processes.
9. Participate in project reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
10. Collaborate with other architects and engineers to elevate the quality of design and construction.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction oversight.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling software.
4. Proven experience in sustainable design and green building practices.
5. LEED AP certification is highly desirable.
6. Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
7. Comprehensive understanding of construction drawings and architectural plans.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey design concepts and solutions to a diverse audience.
9. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, partnering with other professionals to achieve project objectives.
10. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative solutions to design challenges.
