Our Outpatient Surgery Center is expanding, and we are in search of a meticulous and goal-oriented RN to join our team. This role offers the advantage of being home every night and enjoying weekends off, promoting a healthy work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surgical setups, materials, and equipment for various procedures.
- Assist surgeons during operations across a range of cases.
- Monitor and operate diverse systems and instruments necessary for patient care.
- Provide leadership and direction to the surgical team under the guidance of the Clinical Manager and ASC Director.
- Deliver compassionate and professional nursing care to preoperative and postoperative patients, adhering to established standards and practices.
Qualifications:
This position requires a valid Indiana RN License. We welcome applications from new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
