Structural Craftsman

Responsibilities:

• Construct, alter, repair, and modify framework, rafters, doors, finished paneling, windows, interior/exterior trim, staircases, trusses, and beams.
• Assist in planning and executing projects, including measurement, layout, and installation of carpentry materials.
• Apply knowledge of metal framing, concrete, and masonry techniques.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in carpentry, with a focus on woodwork and structural construction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working at heights.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
