Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Kansas City Dental Implants and Oral Surgery. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

• Greet patients and provide a warm welcome to our office
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the doctor's schedule to ensure efficient use of their time
• Provide cost estimates and collect patient financial responsibility
• Manage patient insurance information and update records as necessary
• Partner with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience
• Collect payments from patients in an effective and professional manner
• Understand doctor treatment recommendations and develop treatment plans from diagnosis
• Effectively communicate treatment options and associated costs to patients
• Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of customer service experience required
• Medical or dental experience preferred
• Understanding of dental terminology
• Friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence
• Basic office skills such as typing and filing
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
