About the Role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Subway restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness. This is a full-time or part-time position available for working various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in leading a team of staff to provide an excellent customer experience* Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales and attract new customers* Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to analyze business data and identify opportunities for growth* Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and maintenance of the restaurant* Provide training and support to team members to ensure their success* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication* Estimated Salary Range: $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience
