Biomanufacturing Attorney

This role requires an attorney with significant commercial contracting experience in the life sciences industry, supporting transactions with customers, partners, innovators, and academic institutions.

The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in contract drafting, negotiation, and deal management, as well as experience negotiating pharma or biopharma manufacturing services agreements.

Key responsibilities include serving as legal counsel to Commercial Teams, structuring and negotiating agreements for material manufacture and supply, drafting business agreements, and developing knowledge of proprietary services and manufacturing technologies.

Minimum qualifications include a Juris Doctorate, Bar admission, scientific background, and significant experience advising on GMP manufacturing agreements.

Preferred qualifications include large law firm experience, 5+ years of relevant life sciences experience, and advanced degrees in biotechnology or bioengineering.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $180,000-$240,000 per year, dependent upon location, experience, qualifications, skills, and knowledge.
