Bartender - Francis Hall

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Hotel Heron in Old Town Alexandria. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our craft cocktail bar.

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Develop and maintain knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner
• Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture

• Previous craft bartending experience is required
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits is essential
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and nights
