Job Overview
As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
The nursing role encompasses a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting comprehensive nursing evaluations upon patient admission.
  • Providing or assessing direct patient care as needed.
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized nursing care strategies.
  • Fostering effective collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals.
  • Preparing and submitting necessary documentation, including records and reports.
  • Engaging in quality assurance initiatives and making informed recommendations.
  • Accurately documenting patient information in medical records.
  • Maintaining regular communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Clinical Duties
The Registered Nurse will also be responsible for:
  • Administering prescribed treatments and medications.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Dispensing and documenting medications accurately.
  • Delivering prescribed injections and vaccinations as directed.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in patient conditions to the appropriate personnel.
