We are currently in search of a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the quality management system in accordance with IATF16949 standards.
- Oversee the quality management processes to ensure that all products and services are manufactured to meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Establish inspection protocols, define sampling methods, and select appropriate testing equipment and mechanisms.
- Coordinate internal and supplier audit activities aligned with production timelines, and assess alternative auditing procedures for ongoing enhancement.
- Propose enhancements in material, part, and product specifications based on thorough inspection analyses.
- Lead the Quality team in fostering a robust quality assurance process, collaborating with all departments to promote Quality and Continuous Improvement.
- Manage and support the training of quality and technical documentation related to equipment, process control plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze quality production metrics and trends to optimize efficiency and accuracy in quality assessments.
- Serve as the primary interface for quality assurance with customers and vendors.
- Engage in and lead initiatives related to 5S, Quality, Safety, Delivery, Cost, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a quality role within the automotive or manufacturing sector, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and exceptional interpersonal abilities are essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, teamwork, and leadership capabilities, alongside a solid technical understanding of stamping, automation, and manufacturing processes. Experience with SAP is preferred.
