Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect resident care services
  • Meet the communication needs of resident and family
  • Communicate to nursing team changes in residents' clinical condition
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or general equivalency
  • Valid certification as a CNA in the state of Missouri
  • Six months experience in a long-term care environment (preferred)
  • The ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
  • The ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff
