**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Valet Manager at Reef Technology Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing parking operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage parking operations, including collecting and recording revenue, reporting irregular transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Work effectively as a team with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and schedules, and be flexible with work hours, including overtime when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic technical education.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Physical Demands:**

  • Sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time entering data.
  • Frequently operating small office equipment.

  • Work is performed indoors for extended periods of time, including up to the entire duration of the shift, and sometimes outdoors.
  • Able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Has the ability to be flexible with schedule.
