Job Title: Parts Associate

Penn Power Group, LLC is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team in Fleetwood. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge of our product lines and applications to customers
  • Maintain accurate records and documents, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient parts delivery
  • Initiate customer contact to promote product sales and enhance customer relations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including operating forklifts and material handling equipment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of equivalent experience
  • Excellent product knowledge, administrative skills, and inventory management experience
  • Demonstrable customer service skills, including 2 years of previous parts department experience
  • Excellent telephone skills and previous experience with Paragon and AS400 software

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets and office machinery
  • Ability to walk/stand throughout the day and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, and fumes or airborne particles
