Corrugate Technician

We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our team at the corrugate facility. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the loading and moving of materials, operating equipment, and performing janitorial duties.

• Operate industrial lift and/or tugger to assist in loading or moving materials
• Bale cardboard, run a trash compactor, and operate a tow tractor to keep production running smoothly
• Use computer, read work order, or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved
• Load materials and/or buggies into trailers and/or trucks
• Install strapping or chains to prevent shifting or damage while in transit
• Print necessary labels and manifests
• Transport buggies from work sites to designated area
• Load and unload full or empty buggies
• Use the computer to keep a current list of available buggies
• Perform janitorial duties such as emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms, and scrubbing floors

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of similar work experience
