The Parkview Healthcare Facility is a skilled nursing establishment featuring 78 beds, including a specialized memory care unit designed for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

Role Responsibilities:
As an integral member of our healthcare team, the LPN will:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, employing strong critical thinking and assessment abilities.
  • Administer medications safely and conduct thorough resident assessments.
  • Monitor changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and implement treatments as directed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with the Charge Nurse in facilitating resident admissions and discharges, as well as developing individualized Plans of Care.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with evening or rotating shifts.
