Job Summary

Concorde Career Colleges is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Test Proctor. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating tests, ensuring a smooth and efficient testing experience for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and score admission tests, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proctor and coordinate all entrance assessments and other tests, adhering to testing policies and procedures
  • Ensure potential students take the appropriate entrance exam, providing clear instructions and guidance
  • Administer online or paper tests, maintaining the security of all testing materials
  • Manually enter scores and necessary information into student records, as needed
  • Keep a testing log, tracking student progress and test results
  • Distribute test results to all concerned parties in a timely manner
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing and scanning as needed
Student Interaction
  • Maintain a testing environment that is welcoming, comfortable, and quiet, setting a positive tone for students
  • Set the example and be a role model for professionalism and conduct, demonstrating respect and empathy towards students
  • Proactively inform leadership of any behavioral concerns, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Refer students to appropriate leadership if additional advising is necessary, providing guidance and support
Related Duties
  • Assist with ID photographs, cap and gown photographs, uniform distribution, and other activities during new student orientation
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering calls, placing calls to students, making and distributing copies, and typing and sending out mailings
  • Provide clerical support services to assist in the implementation of various programs
  • Assist the Registrar as needed with student documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse student population
  • Ability to answer multi-lined phone systems, providing clear and concise information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in general office settings
  • Maintain complete confidentiality in handling student issues, upholding the highest standards of professionalism
