About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Advocate to join our team at My Time Recovery. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

The following are key responsibilities for this position:

  • Transport clients to and from recovery meetings, appointments, and groups.
  • Provide nonclinical encouragement and assistance with daily tasks.
  • Communicate with treatment staff regarding client observations or concerns.
  • Assist with diverting clients leaving against clinical advice.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Able to build rapport with clients in recovery.
  • Familiarity with data entry software.
Salary and Benefits

This position comes with a salary of $17-$20 per hour, plus benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401K retirement plan.

The company covers 90% of eligible employees' health insurance premium and 20% of dependents' premium. Dental insurance coverage is 80% for eligible employees and 20% for dependents. Vision insurance is covered at 80% for eligible employees. The company also offers a 401K retirement plan with employer-matched contributions.
