- A minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare
- An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred

- Basic Health and Safety Training

Each location of The Goddard School is independently owned and operated by franchisees of Goddard Franchisor LLC. The franchise owners are the employers at each school and determine their own wage and benefit structures, which may vary by location.
