Position Overview

We are seeking a **Certified Healthcare Assistant** to contribute to our mission at EVEREST MEDICAL CARE GROUP LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in aiding healthcare professionals and ensuring that patients receive exceptional medical attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a variety of administrative duties, including appointment scheduling and management of patient records.
  • Support healthcare professionals during patient assessments and treatments.
  • Administer prescribed medications and prepare patients for medical procedures.
  • Measure and document vital signs, as well as collect lab specimens for analysis.
  • Educate patients regarding medications, procedures, and overall health matters.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of examination areas and medical instruments.
Qualifications
  • Valid certification as a Medical Assistant from a recognized institution.
  • Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical vocabulary.
  • Competence in medication administration methods, including inhalation techniques.
  • Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic patient care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Excellent customer service abilities to foster positive patient interactions.
  • Familiarity with X-ray procedures and equipment is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or hospital environment is preferred.

Proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is an added advantage for this position.
