Position Overview: The Adolescent Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical and psychotherapeutic services to young patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, promoting the organization's treatment philosophy and ensuring the provision of effective care to patients and their families.
- Manage all facets of clinical care and treatment for patients within their assigned caseload.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to guarantee patient safety and develop clinically appropriate therapeutic interventions and treatment objectives.
- Conduct continuous evaluations and track the progress of patients in their care.
- Contribute to the creation of clinical programs and therapeutic strategies for patients, adhering to all regulatory and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols while ensuring patient safety and treatment efficacy.
- Encourage a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients, demonstrating respect for colleagues, patients, family members, and external agency representatives.
- Assess customer satisfaction with clinical services and act as a liaison with agencies or referral sources to address any concerns or issues, while complying with all HR policies and procedures.
- Document all significant occurrences and incidents, keeping relevant agencies, internal managers, and family members informed of any issues affecting their patients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Education: LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, LPC
Preferred specialty certification.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in psychiatric settings.
