About the Position

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a skilled and experienced guitar instructor to teach part-time at one of our music schools.

We are looking for educators who will instruct in-person and have a strong music background, a demonstrated love of teaching, and experience working with young musicians.

Successful candidates will have a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.

Job Responsibilities
  • Instruct guitar lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in music performance or pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience
  • Strong music background and teaching experience
  • Ability to pass a routine background check
  • Reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $44/hour.

A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job.
