About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S4HANA Supply Chain Solution Architect to join our team at TEPHRA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading solution development for SAP S4HANA Business suite, including roadmap and strategy, green field implementation, system conversion, and landscape transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure S4H Logistics, Supply Chain, EWH, Manufacturing & Asset & Service Management
  • Develop proposals and estimations for SAP S4HANA Business suite on cloud and on-premise green field implementation, system conversion, and landscape transformation opportunities
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies and roadmaps for SAP S4HANA adoption
  • Provide support to sales teams and account teams while pursuing deals in the area of S4HANA, SoH, and SAP-led deals
  • Develop E2E proposals for deals, including solution, estimation, and staffing plans
  • Conduct detailed ERP landscape studies and design solutions to achieve operational efficiencies
Requirements
  • BS/BE, MBA preferred
  • SAP certification in at least one relevant module in S4HANA
  • At least 13 years of SAP implementation/rollouts/AMS engagements
  • At least one E2E project in S4HANA implementation, system conversion, and landscape transformation project, with experience leading logistics tracks
  • Exposure to IS-Automotive, IS-A&D, Discrete Manufacturing would be an added advantage
  • Must have worked in on-site off-shore models with off-shore teams
