At RadNet, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of radiology. As a Nuclear Medicine/PET Technologist, you will play a critical role in our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality nuclear medicine and/or positron emission tomography/computed tomography images on patients while providing excellent care.
  • Follow company-established nuclear medicine protocols and procedures.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to detect or treat diseases using radioisotopes, under the direction of the radiologist.
  • Guide patients through the exam process, addressing their questions and concerns in a kind and professional manner.
  • Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing discomfort or medical problems and taking appropriate action.
  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
  • Demonstrate competency in safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
  • Safeguard on-site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Exhibit professional behavior toward patients and coworkers, responding to their needs in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships with patients, families, and the public.
Requirements:
  • ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification.
  • State Nuclear Medicine License.
  • Venipuncture certification/permit.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
