Salary InformationThe starting hourly rate for this position is $19.50, with opportunities for advancement and career growth within the company.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Security Guard to join our team at a Power Station in Sandwich, MA. As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
- Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- A valid TSA-issued TWIC card is highly desirable.
