Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at LDV Hospitality. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Bartenders: Maintain stock levels, change kegs, collect empty glassware, and keep the work station clean and organized.
• Bar Setup and Maintenance: Ensure the bar is set up for success throughout the shift, including refilling ice bins, juices, paper products, restocking beers, wines, and liquors.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of liquor and alert the manager for reordering as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive customer service, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with bartenders and other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to company policies, sanitation standards, and attendance requirements.
• Requirements: Must have basic math skills, experience as a Barback, and a high school education. Ability to lift heavy objects, perform extensive walking, and work under pressure.
