Job Summary

Kid's Club Associates play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of children aged 3 months to 12 years while their parents enjoy our facilities. This position requires a caring and attentive individual who can provide top-notch childcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 12 years
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to diverse age groups and interests
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through effective communication
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of basic computer skills and math
  • Thorough understanding of Axiom's procedures and Kid's Club Handbook
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Current CPR certification for adults, children, and infants/AED
