Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address all service requests, callbacks, and work orders efficiently
  • Complete maintenance make-ready checklists
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
  • Oversee maintenance of pools and spas, including chemical testing
  • Maintain cleanliness of property grounds and maintenance areas
  • Respond to emergency calls after hours
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in multifamily maintenance
  • Experience in painting is a plus
  • Familiarity with various building systems
  • Understanding of the unit turnover process
  • Knowledge of plumbing and pool/spa maintenance
  • Experience with appliance repair, electrical work, and basic roofing
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week, including on-call rotation
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
