Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team at TOP Physicians Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, managing healthcare services, and ensuring adherence to established standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide ongoing patient care, including follow-up visits and management of chronic conditions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare management standards and FDA regulations.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to improve patient outcomes and healthcare practices.
- Manage patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment strategies.
- Engage in project management activities related to quality improvement and utilization management within the practice.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
- Proven experience in patient care with a strong understanding of healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies and practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage patient relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
