Warehouse Baker

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Associate to join our team at Wet Noses. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients for our delicious treats, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Mix raw ingredients according to Wet Noses' specifications
• Prepare dough for baking, including pushing/pulling totes
• Inspect treats as they go into the oven to ensure quality standards are met
• Understand and follow FIFO (First In; First Out) procedures for rotating products and ingredients
• Assist with sanitation of equipment and work areas
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures

**Requirements:**

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to understand written and oral directions to interpret documents such as operating procedures, batch sheets, and health and safety rules
• Ability to perform repetitious and physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds several times per shift
• Ability to work in a team-environment and also independently
• Ability to work scheduled shifts with reliable attendance and punctuality

**Work Environment:**

As a Bakery Production Associate, you will work in a fast-paced indoor warehouse environment. You can expect to:

• Stand for long periods of time
• Handle objects and reach with hands and arms
• Walk, stoop, kneel, talk, and hear
• Follow all food safety protocols, including wearing required PPE
• Be exposed to ingredients that may contain allergens (peanuts, flour) and extreme temperatures (ovens, coolers, and freezers)

**Shifts Available:**

We offer mid-shift and night-shift options, with shift differential pay of $1 per hour for night shifts. Normal work schedules are Monday - Friday, but extended hours, weekends, and overtime may occasionally be necessary.

**Pay Rate:** $17 or more per hour based on experience.
