Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

As a Home Health Nurse with Egan-Ochsner Home Health, you will be responsible for delivering personalized nursing care to patients in their homes. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health and well-being
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and education
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care provided

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana
  • At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent experience as an LPN)
  • CPR certification
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (if applicable)
