Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide exceptional service in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the proper set-up and stocking of beverages and supplies.
  • Guide guests through the beverage menu, making recommendations and providing descriptive selling.
  • Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist guests with concerns and guide them to a resolution that leaves them satisfied.
  • Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation.
  • Requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, and other beverages.
  • Maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control.
  • Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest.
  • Lock up and store all beverages, food, and other equipment items, deposit cash drops, and secure the bank.
