Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct routine patient assessments, including vital sign checks and medication administration
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment color blind test
