As a Fitness Coach at Burn Boot Camp Sun Prairie, you will be responsible for leading high-energy workouts that are engaging, challenging, and fun. You will play a key role in creating a positive and supportive environment that encourages members to reach their fitness goals.
You will build relationships with members, participate in the operation and success of our fast-paced fitness facility, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for modifying exercises to accommodate various skill levels, ensuring safety, and promoting our brand on social media.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead groups. You should also be able to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a team environment.
