Job Summary

We are seeking experienced CDL-A dedicated team truck drivers to join our team at TransForce Inc. As a dedicated team truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods from one location to another
  • Ensure all cargo is properly secured and loaded
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo and delivery information
  • Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding hours of service, weight limits, and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
Requirements
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • At least 6 months of over-the-road experience
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
  • $1,250/week guarantee per driver
  • $0.70 per team (split)
  • $12 per stop
  • $0.08 per unit for touch freight
  • Weekly home time
  • Full benefits after 60 days
  • 401K and PTO after 90 days
