We are seeking a highly skilled RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team at HC&N Healthcare Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, and evaluations.
  • Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
  • Make independent decisions and take charge of situations as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license for the state of practice.
  • 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare facility.
  • Completion of post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow directions.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and adjust to a flexible schedule.
