Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Partner to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will provide direct care to our senior residents, following a personalized treatment plan in a unique setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for both resident and employee safety.
  • Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
  • Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
  • Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
Requirements
  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certified Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Arizona.
  • A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.
  • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
  • A fingerprint clearance card or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
