Job Summary

Actalent is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist (Float) to join our team. As a Phlebotomist (Float), you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, processing and packaging the samples, and coordinating with clinic staff to schedule blood draws and arrange for sample transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Process and package blood samples for transportation to medical testing sites
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to schedule blood draws and arrange for sample transportation
  • Communicate effectively with patients and clinic staff to ensure smooth sample collection and processing
Requirements
  • Blood draw experience and venipuncture skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
