Rooftop Observations Specialist

Raba Kistner Inc. seeks an organized and dependable Rooftop Observations Specialist to support their Roofing/Waterproofing Inspection, Surveys, Design, and Consulting capabilities in Pharr, TX.

The selected candidate will contribute to the Building Envelope Consulting Services profit center by actively participating in projects and interfacing with clients.

Responsibilities include serving as a Building Envelope Specialist on roofing/waterproofing consulting and design work, performing field-testing and observation services, analyzing data, and submitting reports for review and co-signature.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing/waterproofing observations, design, and contract administration, with a registered credential preferred but not required.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Texas driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
• Ability to work with clients and staff within the organization, possessing good oral and written communication skills

Maintaining accurate records, managing assigned jobs efficiently, and meeting individual utilization targets are essential functions of this role.
