Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in young children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and making data-driven decisions to inform instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement classroom routines, policies, and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for children and families.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
