Practice/Hospital Overview:Our 164-bed specialty hospital is a privately owned, state-of-the-art facility with an 84-bed Level III NICU. We offer a range of services, including Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, and Women's Oncology. Our team includes five breast surgeons, five gyn/oncologists, and several radiation and hematology/oncology physicians.
Our facility features 12 OR suites, four Da Vinci robots, a 12-bed ICU, one vault, and 20 infusion chairs. We prioritize a supportive and collaborative practice environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Details:This is a Monday-to-Friday position, with a half-day on Friday. You will work two clinic days per week, with a 1:3 shared call schedule. Each surgeon is allocated three exam rooms and two medical assistants, and may have a PA for clinical scribing and OR first assist. We also have OBs triaging patients to minimize physician disruptions.
Compensation and Benefits:As a Curative Medical Doctor, you can expect an earning potential of $700,000+ once fully ramped. We offer a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan assistance. Our full benefits package includes PTO, CME allowance, and a retirement plan with employer match. You will also be eligible for a quality bonus and APP supervision bonus.
