  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Supervise and mentor new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
Requirements
  • Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Maryland
  • Experience in long-term care and dementia care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
